This lightly gold, clear and glossy honey is well represented by the delicate aroma of linden. On the palate it is very successful: beautifully balanced, not overly sweet, and with a long, floral after taste. Judges liked that it also has a clean, silky mouthfeel with a hint of zestiness from the linden flowers.

With a pleasant, gentle, typical honey aroma, this is a pretty, pale honey with just the right degree of viscosity. In the mouth, there's huge florality which one judge thought reminiscent of jasmine. The level of sweetness was good. We looked in vain for the mint and other herbs. The big problem, however, was the very short finish. All those lovely floral notes disappeared as fast as they came.

Clear and golden honey with a lazy viscosity. The linden steps in and brings a bright but slightly bitter herbaceous note. Really quite an interesting honey. These flavours are not obvious in the aroma so come as an intriguing surprise when we taste. Reasonable length of flavour.
